Our Faculty of Pharmacy which has the feature of being the first and only in Western Black Sea Region was established with the decision of the Council of Ministers published in the Official Gazette dated 23.06.2012 numbered 28332. The entry point to faculty has been 425,14846 in the MF-3 score type according to the results of the OSYM in 2016-2017.
The purpose of our faculty is to train qualified pharmacists, who are dependent on professional deontology, always open to development, who have adopted the principle of lifelong learning, who are aware of the duties and responsibilities of community health services and who benefit the economy and development of the country with a strong academic background in education and training.
The aim of our faculty, which is the pioneer in the Western Black Sea region, is to educate pharmacists who have high professional competence and play an active role in every step from drug raw material production to final product, especially human and community health with each passing day strengthening the academic staff and with national and international dynamic faculty members. In line with the development of modern medicine, you are expected to be educated about pharmaceutical care and rational drug use including the latest developments in pharmaceutical technology and the production of natural and synthetic drugs.
In addition, our students have the opportunity to continue their education at different universities at home and abroad by participating in the ERASMUS, MEVLANA and FARABI programs during their education.
